专利说明:

Velcro strips made of a mixture of pure wool and polyester fibers filled with bio-ceramic particles
Wool, a natural textile fiber, is mainly derived from sheep fleece and has always been used as protection against the cold.
A long time ago special processing has been developed, known as "looping", where the individual wool fibers are attached to a backing to ensure the same properties as wool in the living animal.
In recent years, thanks to biotechnologies, i. thanks to technological applications in the field of biology for the production of technological products, bioceramic fibers can be produced using state-of-the-art techniques.
The effect of bioceramics is known to reflect the (depending on his body temperature), depending on his body temperature and acting on the fibers infrared rays, the wavelength of the reflected radiation remains unchanged. Numerous products have been invented; Products with polyester fibers enclosed in the wool fabric, but without bioceramic particles (see GB 2 221 624 of 14.02.1990), products in which polyester fibers filled with bioceramic particles are used as in KR 930 011 324 Bl of 30.11.1993, products with knitted fabric, which with Bioceramic particles is filled as in W02005 / 018698 from 03.03.2005. Or also products such as in document JP S64 6170 A of 10.01.1989, whose subject matter relates to the production of an infrared ray-reflecting fabric, but neither the use of bioceramics particles, nor knitted fabric are provided, or as in WO2009 / 124367 from 15.10.2009 in which a fabric containing bioceramic microparticles is described, without, however, providing the use of wool nor a Velcro fabric structure. Many of these products have been made with bioceramic fibers that are intertwined to make clothing or other items. The most important advantage of all these products is that Bioceramics fibers, which are subject to mechanical stress during entanglement, destroy certain bonds responsible for the reflection of infrared rays, thereby impairing or reducing their effect and consequently their advantages. Moreover, many of the inventions listed above do not provide for the use of a loop knit fabric consisting of a mesh structure, polyester fiber filled polyester fibers, and wool fibers in the same product to maximize infrared ray reflection. The present invention has for its object to eliminate the disadvantages of bioceramic fibers; Thanks to extensive research, numerous experiments and the use of special, purpose-adapted machines, it was possible to weave bioceramic fibers together with pure new wool. This has been achieved by combining the natural features and advantages of wool with the properties of FIR infrared rays (Farlnfra-Red, i.e. rays normally emitted by living beings) that are reflected by the bioceramic.
Within the scope of the above object, another object of the invention is to provide a fabric composed of pure virgin wool bioceramic fibers which reflect FIR rays without changing their wavelength.
Another object of the invention is to produce a fabric consisting of bioceramic fibers with pure new wool having moisture-absorbing properties, that is able to absorb up to 33% moisture based on its own weight, so that the body of the wearer during the Sleep is always kept completely dry.
A further object of the invention is to produce a fabric consisting of bioceramic fibers with pure new wool, which reflects FIR rays without changing their wavelength and promotes the processes for oxygen uptake in the blood and consequently the elimination of harmful to the organism residues ,
Another purpose of the invention is to provide a fabric consisting of pure virgin fiber bioceramic fibers that reflect FIR rays without changing their wavelength and strengthening the immune system.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide a fabric composed of pure virgin wool bioceramic fibers which reflects FIR rays without changing their wavelength and strengthens the musculoskeletal system of those body parts of the wearer covered with the invention.
Not least, the purpose of the invention is to produce a fabric consisting of pure virgin fiber bioceramic fibers and to reflect FIR rays without altering their wavelength, by means which are readily available commercially and employing commonly used materials in order that the invention may be practiced is competitively priced.
This object, as well as these and other purposes set forth in detail below, are achieved with a pure virgin wool bioceramic fiber fabric that reflects FIR rays without changing their wavelength, comprising a structural mesh base of polyester fibers, wool fibers, and Bioceramic fibers coated polyester fibers that are woven together as a fleece knit.
Further features and advantages of the article can be found in the following description of a preferred although not exclusive embodiment of the pure wool and bioceramic particle filled polyester fibers which are purely indicative but have no limiting effect. FIG. 1 shows the sectional view of the invention 1; FIG. 2 shows the polyester fiber filled with bioceramic particles; Figure 3 shows the physical process arising between the human body and the invention.
With reference to said drawings, the plain weave plain weave fabric of the present invention comprising polyester fibers filled with bioceramic particles, designated in its entirety by reference numeral 1, comprises at least one mesh 4 made of plastic fibers, such as polyester, into which Polyester fibers 3 filled with bioceramic particles, together with pure wool fibers 2, are woven into the state-of-the-art process in order to obtain a loop knit fabric. Starting from a situation in which the invention 1 covers the human body 8 or an area of the human body 8, the following process is initiated: The human body 2 gives 60% infrared rays 9 (FIR) at an ambient temperature of about 20 ° C. outwards. - The emitted from a human body 8 infrared rays 9 have a direction of incidence on the invention 1, which consists of bio-ceramic particles 6 filled fibers 3 made of polyester 7 and has the ability to reflect these infrared rays 9, resulting in reflected infrared rays 10. These reflected infrared rays 10 have the same shape as the infrared rays 9 emitted from the human body 8, but go in the reverse direction so as to arrive at the human body 8. - These reflected infrared rays 10 are incident on the human body, where they penetrate the state of science about 5-7 cm into the interior of the human body 8 and begin to influence all Zellstoffwechselvorgänge so that the oxygen supply of the cells improves, the Strengthened immune system and many other benefits thanks to the interactions between the reflected infrared rays 10 and the cells of the human body 8 can be achieved.
Advantageously, the fiction, contemporary Velcro knit fabric 1 combines pure wool with polyester fibers that are filled with bioceramics particles comprising fibers of pure new wool 2, all the benefits of bioceramics with those of wool; Advantageously, the invention 1 is moisture absorbent, i. it has the ability to absorb up to 33% of its own weight in moisture, so that the skin of the human body 8 covered by the invention 1 remains completely dry during sleep.
Advantageously, the invention 1 possesses the typical natural properties of the virgin wool fiber 2.
The invention thus conceived may undergo numerous changes and variants, all of which fall within the scope of the inventive concept. In addition, all details may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements. The materials and sizes used can be practically chosen according to requirements, provided that they are compatible with the purpose of execution.
